Full-time managed operations professionals.

Get the work off your plate.

We find, test and place a full-time team member inside your business. Then we keep the role working: priorities, quality checks, documentation and escalation. So it stops landing on you.

A short call about the work. That's the whole first step.

  • Coordination
  • Manual QA
  • Documentation
  • Support
  • Data
  • Content ops

A full-time team member to own the work you keep postponing.

Eight hours a day, five days a week, inside your tools.

You approve the priorities; we make sure they happen.

The hidden capacity problem

Small work is quietly taking over your team.

The important work gets done. The necessary work keeps piling up. Work rarely slows down because of one large task - it slows down because of twenty small ones that nobody owns.

  • Client requests and follow-ups live in too many places.
  • QA happens inconsistently or too late.
  • Processes live in people's heads.
  • Content, data and support slip behind billable work.

Your team is stuck doing repeatable work. Your best people should not be buried in operational backlog.

What they take off your plate

Six connected areas of operational work.

Every role starts by choosing two or three of them as the priority.

Operations

Operations & coordination

Keep task boards, changelogs and recurring workflows moving. Turn loose requests into visible next actions with clear ownership.

Manual QA

UX review & manual QA

Catch issues before your clients do. Check pages, forms and customer journeys, document problems clearly and verify fixes before launch.

Documentation

Processes & documentation

Create and improve documentation so work becomes easier to delegate, review, repeat and hand over.

Support

Support & triage

Organise incoming requests, gather missing information, answer within approved knowledge and escalate the right issues with useful context.

Data

Data & e-commerce operations

Maintain product information, update structured data, complete repeatable marketplace tasks and check records for consistency.

Content ops

Content & website operations

Research, edit and publish English content; maintain metadata, internal links, calls to action and website pages.

Each team member covers several connected areas of work, with the priorities of the role agreed in writing.

The profile

The kind of professional we place.

This is the level we place. The profile below is real and available now - every profile is sourced and tested against your specific role before you meet them.

What you are actually buying

You get the person, and the system around them.

Role definition

We turn your backlog into a written role with clear priorities and an agreed definition of success.

Selection & testing

Candidates are sourced, interviewed and tested on the actual work before anyone starts.

Onboarding

Access, tools, expectations and quality criteria are set up inside your own environment.

Ongoing management

Weekly priorities, follow-up, quality checks and help when the work gets blocked.

Documentation

Recurring tasks get written down as they are done, so knowledge stops living in one person's head.

Continuity

Continuity documentation and an agreed replacement process keep the work moving if the fit changes.

You still decide the priorities. Our job is to make sure they are clear, written down and actually followed.

When something isn't documented, they gather the details and ask. Every resolved case becomes documentation, so the same question doesn't come back to you twice.

The working agreement

Eight hours a day

Full time, five days a week, with an agreed overlap with your own working hours.

Inside your channels

You invite your professional into Slack, your project tool and wherever the work happens - and their manager with them. You always have someone to ask.

Time tracked if you want it

We work in your time tracker and you see the hours. If you'd rather not track, we don't.

Documentation is part of the work.

  • Work becomes easier to delegate, review and repeat.
  • Onboarding and handovers get faster.
  • Less of your business depends on what one person remembers.
  • Absence, a change of priority or a replacement stops being an emergency.

How it works

From backlog to a role that works.

Five stages. One accountable operating model.

  1. 01
    Show us the work
A short call about what is piling up, who it lands on and what it costs you today.
  2. 02
    Define the role
Together, we choose the priorities that will free the most useful capacity. We define what success looks like before delivery starts.
  3. 03
    Validate the fit
We source, interview and test candidates on the actual work, then present the one we would put on the role.
    • Understanding of the role behind the task list
    • Accuracy on a paid test using your kind of work
    • Whether they ask when unsure, or guess
    • Consistency across a full working week
  4. 04
    Onboard into your system
Access, tools, first tasks, quality criteria and reporting rhythm, set up inside your environment.
  5. 05
    Manage and improve
Weekly priorities and checks, documentation as we go, and adjustments as the role settles.

Most roles are filled within one to two weeks of the role being agreed.

The first weeks

Nothing reaches your clients before you approve it.

In the first weeks, everything is drafted for your approval. You review, correct and release it.

Autonomy is earned task by task - once the work is consistently right, the approvals come off. Access follows the same rule: the minimum needed for this week's priorities, widened as trust is earned.

Pricing

One monthly fee, everything included.

Each level is one full-time team member. Choose the level of ownership the role needs. After a short call, we send you several candidates - each with their CV and their monthly fee - and you choose.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask.

Is this a freelance marketplace?

No. Each person is matched to one defined role, sourced and tested against your actual work. There is no catalogue to browse and no bidding.

Is this the same as hiring a virtual assistant?

It is a different level of structure. The role is built around defined digital operations, with written priorities, quality criteria and regular management - rather than a general list of tasks sent day by day.

Can one person really cover all of that?

One person covers a connected set of operational work, with two or three priorities agreed in writing. Versatility saves you from hiring three people for related tasks; it does not mean senior expertise in every discipline at once.

Can we add more people later?

Yes. Most engagements start with one role, because it is the easiest way to find out whether this works for you. When it does, the second placement is faster: the documentation, the tools and the way we work together already exist.

Couldn't AI handle most of this?

You're hiring a human. The AI is just one of the tools they use. We rely on it for what it's good at: research, first drafts, sorting, documentation. What it doesn't do is hold context across your tools, notice when something looks wrong, chase a client who hasn't replied, or judge when to escalate.

Do you offer WordPress development?

No. We cover content publishing and website operations, not development. If a task needs a developer, we document it and hand it to yours.

How much does it cost?

Between $1,800 and $6,000 per month for one full-time person - eight hours a day, five days a week - depending on the level of ownership the role needs. The three levels are set out above, and the fee covers the person and everything around them. After a short call, we send you several candidates, each with their CV and their monthly fee, so you can compare and choose.

How fast can someone start?

Typically one to two weeks from the moment the role is agreed.

Where are the professionals based?

Our sourcing network is international. What matters for the role is English, an agreed overlap with your hours, and the selection and management framework around the person - we tell you exactly where your candidate is based when we send you their CV.

What if it doesn't work out?

We check in early and often. If the fit is wrong, we correct the role or replace the person.

Start with a short conversation about your backlog and workflow, and we'll bring you a human to fill it.

No hard sell. Start with the workload.
